For companies that have already chosen Bijao

Plenary, breakouts and beach at one venue

Gran Evenia Bijao, on Playa Bijao in Santa Clara, combines a main ballroom, meeting rooms and beachfront spaces. That mix lets an experience start with the whole group and carry on in smaller teams without changing venue.

We design experiences for companies in Panama and for teams flying in from abroad. The proposal can combine a whole-group opening, team challenges and a closing reflection, using the spaces authorised by the hotel.

What the hotel publishes

  • Located on Playa Bijao, Santa Clara, on the Pacific Riviera.
  • The 718 m² Gran Ancón ballroom and additional rooms for meetings and team sessions.
  • Beachfront spaces for outdoor events.

From Evenia Hotels' official websites, checked in October 2026. Availability and terms: directly with the hotel.

What we propose

  • An experience built around your team's objectives.
  • An all-hands opening, then team challenges in the available rooms.
  • Facilitation in English or Spanish and a closing reflection tied to those objectives.
  • Outdoor blocks by the sea, if the hotel authorises the space.

Team Building LATAM proposal. Does not include accommodation, bookings, transport, food or event management.

Sample agenda

From the ballroom to the beach

1

Everyone in the main ballroom

An all-hands opening that introduces the experience's storyline and mixes departments and countries.

2

Teams in parallel

Team challenges in the available rooms or, if the hotel authorises it, outdoors by the sea.

3

Reflection together

A facilitated conversation linking what happened to the team's objectives and the next steps it identifies.

Sample only. Timing, spaces and schedule are agreed with you and with the hotel.

For international groups

In English or Spanish

The whole experience can be facilitated in English, from the welcome to the closing reflection, for teams that work in English or bring several nationalities together.

If your event runs several groups at the same time, we confirm the facilitation team for your dates.

Working with the hotel

What the hotel or your planner handles

  • Accommodation, food and beverage.
  • Meeting rooms, AV and permission to use outdoor spaces.

Running the experience at Gran Evenia Bijao is subject to coordination with and authorisation by the hotel. Team Building LATAM does not represent the hotel and is not part of it.

FAQ

Before you ask for a quote

Is Gran Evenia Bijao the former Sheraton Bijao?

Yes. The resort on Playa Bijao, Santa Clara, operated as Sheraton Bijao Beach Resort and is now run by Evenia Hotels as Gran Evenia Bijao.

Is it the same hotel as Gran Evenia Panamá?

No. Gran Evenia Panamá is a hotel of the same group in Panama City. If your event combines city and beach, let us know which venue you'll use on each day.

Can the experience take place on the beach?

It can be proposed outdoors if it fits your agenda and the hotel authorises the space. We define it with you and the hotel's events team.

How many people can take part?

We adapt the experience to your group size, your objectives and the spaces available. Tell us how many people are coming and we'll review it with you.

Do you handle accommodation or transfers?

No. The hotel or whoever organises your trip handles that. We design and facilitate the team experience.
