The Buenaventura Golf & Beach Resort Panama combines meeting rooms and outdoor spaces. For a leadership retreat or strategy meeting, we design an experience that lets people work together, compare perspectives and connect the closing discussion with the decisions the team needs to address.

We design experiences for companies in Panama and for teams flying in from abroad, in English or Spanish.

What the hotel publishes

Located in Buenaventura, on Panama's Pacific Riviera.
Meeting and event spaces, with a published total of approximately 9,600 sq ft. The Puntarena room lists capacity for up to 600 in a reception layout.
Terraces and gardens for outdoor receptions.

The hotel mentions team building. What does Team Building LATAM add?

We design and facilitate an experience of our own around your retreat's objective, with a closing reflection tied to the team's strategy. It's coordinated with the hotel.

Does it work for a small leadership team?

Yes. We adapt the experience to your group size, your objectives and the spaces available.

Do you handle bookings or transport?

No. Accommodation, bookings, transfers and food are handled by the hotel or whoever organises your trip. We design and facilitate the team experience.
