Team Building LATAM™ designs and facilitates team building for sales conferences, kick-offs, regional meetings, corporate retreats and incentive trips in Panama, for international teams and for companies based in the country.
We don't organise your conference. We build the team experience that fits into it: shaped by the purpose of your event and by who is in the room (departments, countries, ages and fitness levels), and coordinated with your hotel or event planner.
We design around the purpose of your event, the time available and the spaces at your venue.

If your company has already chosen the hotel, we design the experience around its meeting rooms and outdoor areas and coordinate it with the hotel's events team.

We name these hotels only to identify your event's venue. Team Building LATAM does not represent them and is not part of them. Running the experience at each hotel is subject to coordination with and authorisation by that hotel.

No. We design and facilitate the team experience. Accommodation, transfers, meeting rooms and food are handled by your hotel or event planner, and we coordinate with them on what the experience needs.
Yes, from the welcome to the closing reflection. If your event runs several groups at the same time, we confirm the facilitation team for your dates.
We adapt the experience to your group size, your objectives and the spaces available. Tell us how many people are coming and we'll shape the format and the facilitation team with you.
We plan it with the hotel before the event. If the experience is outdoors, we agree with the events team what to do in case of rain, depending on the spaces the hotel has available.
Conferences and kick-offs need more lead time than a short activity. Share your dates and we'll check availability.
Yes. We can coordinate directly with whoever handles the logistics of your event to fit the experience into the agenda.
