At that scale, the hard part is making sure people are more than an audience: the team experience can involve the whole group or the teams that need it most, such as leadership, sales or new joiners.

We design experiences for companies in Panama and for teams flying in from abroad, in English or Spanish.

Does it work at a conference with many attendees?

We decide with you whether the experience is for the whole group or for specific teams, depending on the objective and the spaces. Tell us the size of your event and we'll review it.

Can it be combined with working sessions?

Yes. We place it where it best serves the objective: the opening, a mid-programme block or the close.

Where is The Westin Playa Bonita?

The hotel lists its address at Km 6 Camino a Veracruz, facing Playa Bonita. Transfers and timing are arranged with the hotel or your event organiser.

Do you handle bookings or transport?

No. Accommodation, bookings, transfers and food are handled by the hotel or whoever organises your event. We design and facilitate the team experience.
