Opening in the ballroom

Before the first session, a short opener in the convention centre that mixes departments and countries and sets the tone for the event.

Outdoor block

A themed experience in the outdoor spaces the hotel makes available, placed in the agenda so it doesn't compete with the rest of the programme.

Closing before departure

A facilitated conversation that connects what the team experienced with its objectives and helps identify next steps, before everyone heads home.

In English or Spanish

If your team comes from several countries or works in English, the whole experience can be facilitated in English, from the welcome to the closing reflection.

If your event runs several groups at the same time, we confirm the facilitation team for your dates.

Before you ask for a quote

The hotel already offers spaces for team building. What does Team Building LATAM add?

The hotel provides spaces; we design and facilitate an experience of our own around your company's objective, with a storyline, challenges and a closing reflection. Both are coordinated with the hotel.

How does it fit with an all-inclusive stay?

We place it in your event's agenda and agree the time and space with the hotel, so the whole group is there and the experience has its own moment.

How many people can take part?

We adapt the experience to your group size, your objectives and the spaces available. Tell us how many people are coming and we'll shape it with you.

Do you handle bookings or transport?

No. Accommodation, bookings, transfers and food are handled by the hotel or whoever organises your trip. We design and facilitate the team experience.
